1.1. These Regulations define the features of organizing and conducting a professional table tennis sports competition "Liga Pro. Czech" 2026-2030 (hereinafter referred to as the Competition).
1.2. Any information of organizing and conducting of the Competition, including but not limited to game dates and times, list of participants and other relevant information, is published on the official website of the Competition: https://tt.league-pro.com/ .
1.3. The disciplinary committee monitors compliance with the Regulations, as well as imposing sanctions and disciplinary penalties on the participants in case of violation of the Regulations and other regulatory acts of "EUROSCOUT s.r.o."
2.1. The Competition is held from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2030. The Tournament dates are determined by internal orders of "EUROSCOUT s.r.o."
2.2. The Competition is held on an individual basis.
2.3. The Competition consists of a series of stand-alone tournaments (hereinafter referred to as Tournaments) lasting no more than one day, unless otherwise specified by "EUROSCOUT s.r.o." The decision on holding Tournaments, their number, list of participants and start times are approved by "EUROSCOUT s.r.o." through the issuance of the corresponding order. Participants of the Tournaments and other persons concerned are notified twenty-four hours prior to the start of each Tournament (local time) in which they are registered or carry out other functions.
2.4. "EUROSCOUT s.r.o." assigns athletes to the competition groups.
2.5. Depending on the competition group, each tournament held at each stage may involve four or five athletes.
2.6. A tournament with four athletes consists of a series of games, including a group stage and a final stage.
2.6.1. The group stage games are played in a round-robin system, where each athlete plays one match against all other athletes of the Tournament. During the group stage games, each participant earns points: 2 points for a win, 1 point for a loss, and 0 points in case of withdrawal from the Competition for any reason in the first two games.
Based on the results of the group stage, participating athletes are ranked. The ranking of athletes within the group is determined by the number of points earned.
In case of a tie in points between two or more participants, the following criteria are used for comparison (in descending order):
If one of the athletes is disqualified from the Competition for violating the conditions of these Regulations, the points earned by the disqualified athlete are nullified and not considered in the final ranking.
In case an athlete withdraws from the Competition due to injury, the allocation of points and ranking is done as follows:
2.6.2. The final stage of the Competition is held as follows: the athletes who take the first and second places play one match. Based on the result of the match, the athlete who wins becomes the Tournament winner, while the losing athlete takes the second place accordingly.
Similarly, one match is played to determine the athletes who take the third and fourth places in the Tournament.
The athlete who finishes in third place during the group stage is scheduled to play for the third-place match on the left side, while the athlete who finishes in fourth place is scheduled to play on the right side. The athlete who finishes in first place during the group stage is scheduled to play in the final match on the left side, with the second-place athlete is on the right side.
The results of the final stage determine the final ranking of the athletes in the respective tournament.
2.7. Tournaments involving five athletes are held using a system similar to the system used for tournaments with four athletes, with the following exception:
The athlete who finishes in last place based on the results of the group stage of the Tournament is eliminated from the competition in the final stage and takes the fifth and final position in the Tournament.
2.7.1. The group stage games are played first, where each athlete must play one match against all other athletes of the tournament. During the group stage games, each athlete earns points: 2 points for a win, 1 point for a loss, and 0 points in case of withdrawal from the Competition for any reason in the first three games.
Based on the results of the group stage, participating athletes are ranked. The ranking of athletes within the group is determined by the number of points earned.

When an athlete withdraws from the competition due to injury, the completed sets are recorded as played, and a victory is awarded to the athlete's opponent in the unfinished sets. In the unfinished set, any points won by the injured athlete are recorded, and the opponent is awarded 11 points, provided that the injured athlete scored less than 10 points in the set. If the injured athlete scored 10 or more points in the unfinished set, the opponent is awarded +2 points in addition to the number of winning points scored by the injured athlete. In the remaining sets required to win three sets and the initially unplayed sets, the opponent of the injured athlete is awarded 11 points in each of the missing sets.
2.7.2. The final stage of the Competition is held as follows: the athletes who take the first and second places play one match. Based on the result of the match, the athlete who wins becomes the Tournament winner, while the losing athlete takes the second place accordingly.
Similarly, one match is held to determine the athletes who take the third and fourth places in the Tournament.
The athlete who finishes in third place in the group stage is scheduled to play the match for the third place on the left side, while the athlete finishing in fourth place in the group stage is scheduled on the right side. The athlete who finishes in first place in the group stage is scheduled on the left side of the final match, and the second-place athlete is scheduled on the right side.
The results of the final stage of the tournament determine the final ranking of the participants in the respective tournament.
2.8. The match schedule during the tournament may be slightly adjusted depending on their duration.
2.9. The Competition is held in accordance with the rules of the sport of "Table Tennis.", approved by the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF). A spherical ball with a diameter of 40 mm is used for the games, made of celluloid or similar plastic, white in color, weighing 2.7g, of the JOOLA PRIME*** brand. All matches are played in a best-of-five sets format, with one athlete needing to win three sets. Each set is played until one of the athletes reaches 11 points. In case of a 10-10 score, the set continues until there is a difference of two points between the competing athletes.
2.10. Electronic scoreboards are used by the referees during the Competition matches.
2.11. In the event of a technical malfunction of the electronic equipment used for keeping score during the Competition matches, the referee may stop the game and announce a technical timeout for the duration needed to restore the operability of the equipment. During the timeout, a sign stating "Technical Timeout" is displayed on the playing table.
2.12. In some disputed situations during the Competition matches, the referees may resort to the use of a video replay system.
3.1. Participation in the Competition is allowed for individuals who have reached the age of 18 or older, have a medical clearance to participate in the Competition, are familiar with the Regulations for conducting the Competition, and comply with other mandatory regulatory acts of "EUROSCOUT s.r.o."
3.2. Participants of the Competition have the following rights and responsibilities.
3.2.1. The rights and responsibilities of the Competition participants are determined by the Policy of the Competitions, Regulations, regulatory acts of "EUROSCOUT s.r.o.", as well as other documents issued to the participants.
3.2.2. A participant of the Competition must be present in the hall 20 minutes before the scheduled time. The athlete should be ready for the match well in advance of the scheduled start time. If a participant is more than 20 minutes late for the start of a match, they will be considered defeated in the tournament.
3.2.3. The athlete participating in the Competition must have sports equipment and sports footwear for playing table tennis. Additionally, each participant must have red, blue, and black-colored shirts. The main color of the shirt should cover at least 60% of its total area. The athlete must wear the shirt of the corresponding color as instructed by the Organizer's representative for each match.
The athlete scheduled on the left side on the website plays in a red shirt, while the athlete on the right side plays in a blue or black shirt accordingly.
The athlete who finishes in third place in the group stage is scheduled on the left side for the match for the third place, while the athlete finishing in fourth place is scheduled on the right side. The athlete who finishes in first place in the group stage is scheduled on the left side for the final match, and the second-place athlete is scheduled on the right side.
If for any reason the athletes have mistakenly swapped their shirt colors and started the game, the Organizer may decide to annul the result of such a match and either replay it or not.
The athlete must comply with all instructions from "EUROSCOUT s.r.o." regarding the placement of advertising materials, sponsor labels, logos, signs, and other means of individualization on their sports equipment. The athlete is also not allowed to independently display logos of third-party organizations, any advertising materials from non-sponsoring organizations, or any kind of offensive, religious, political, erotic, or extremist inscriptions or images without the consent of "EUROSCOUT s.r.o."
In the case of providing sports equipment by "EUROSCOUT s.r.o.", the athlete must participate in the Competition only in the sports equipment provided by "EUROSCOUT s.r.o."
Athletes whose sports equipment does not comply with the requirements specified in these Regulations will not be allowed to participate in the match, and the athlete committing such a violation will be considered defeated in that match. In the case of repeated violations, the athlete may be disqualified for a period determined by the Disciplinary Committee.
3.2.4. The athletes must ensure their participation in all games scheduled for the Competition.
3.2.5. The athletes must refrain from behavior that may offend opponents, representatives of the organizers, referees, spectators, or discredit the game, including but not limited to: expressions containing profanity or unpleasant descriptions of individuals, intentional destruction of the ball or hitting it out of the play area, hitting the table or barriers, provoking fights or engaging in fights between athletes and/or other participants of the Competition, as well as displaying disrespectful behavior, including disagreement with the referee's decision.
3.2.6. During the Competition, athletes are prohibited from leaving the venue without a valid reason.
3.2.7. Participants are required to confirm their participation in the Competition and provide information about their arrival time and other necessary details to authorized representatives of "EUROSCOUT s.r.o.," as well as notify the Organizer in advance if they are unable to attend the Competition.
3.2.8. Participants must immediately inform "EUROSCOUT s.r.o." about any threats, blackmail attempts, or bribery directed towards participants, referees, or representatives of the organizers of the Competition, whether from third parties or other participants. Athletes must also report any suspicious cases where the game does not correspond to the skills, style, or usual level of play for a particular athlete, whether from their opponents or other athletes.
3.2.9. Each participant must have the necessary sports equipment (racket) with them. The racket can have a wooden or composite base with rubber coverings glued onto it using water-based glue. The glue, base, and coverings must be manufactured according to ITTF approved and certified technologies. The color of the rubber coverings must also comply with ITTF rules. Before each match, the athlete must inform the representative of "EUROSCOUT s.r.o." about the type and name (model) of the rubber coverings and racket base. The athlete must immediately report any issues with their sports equipment, as well as any replacements of rubber coverings and/or racket bases. "EUROSCOUT s.r.o." reserves the right to exclude athletes from participating if they attend the Competition without their sports equipment (racket).
3.2.10. During the Competition, directly on the playing area, athletes are prohibited from carrying or using any electronic communication devices or devices for listening to music, etc. Athletes who violate this rule may be disqualified from further participation in the Competition (Tournament) at the Organizer's discretion.
3.2.11. A participant who sustains an injury, is injured, or suddenly falls ill during the Competition may be released from further participation in the Competition (Tournament) by "EUROSCOUT s.r.o." regardless of their desire to continue the game.
3.3. Players are obliged to:
3.4. Employees of the Organizers are not allowed to participate in the Competition. In case such individuals are identified, they will be disqualified.
3.5. Athletes participating in the Competition give their consent to the Organizers to use their image, full name, date of birth, information about their sports career, and other information related to the conduct of the Competition by posting (publishing) them publicly on the Internet, including on the official pages and/or in social media groups owned by the Organizers, in Competition broadcasts, media publications, as well as in accompanying materials related to the Competition, including advertisements, without referencing the source, additional notifications, and without charging the Organizers any fee for the use of the aforementioned images, information, and/or materials. The Organizers have the right to process and store personal data of athletes for the purposes of organizing and conducting the competitions.
3.6. Unlawful influence on the result of the Competition is not allowed. Unlawful influence on the result of the Competition is considered to be the commission of at least one of the following acts for the purpose of achieving a pre-determined result or outcome of this Competition (match, tournament):
3.7. Athletes, coaches, and referees are prohibited from participating in gambling activities in bookmakers and totalizators by placing bets on the outcomes of matches or competitions in which they are involved. In particular, participants, coaches, and referees of the Competition agree to:
3.8. Measures implemented by the Organizers to prevent unlawful influence on the results of the Competition include:
3.9. In the event of discovering unlawful influence on the outcome of the Competition by athletes, referees, or representatives of the Competition Organizer, whether directly or through third parties, these individuals are suspended from participating or servicing the Competition until all circumstances are clarified and a decision is made by the Disciplinary Committee regarding their eligibility to participate in the Competition or their disqualification from participation. The identified unlawful facts are then reported to all relevant authorities and federations for further action.
3.10. In case of suspicions regarding the actions of an athlete, coach, or referee that may exert unlawful influence on the results of the Competition, the Organizer, among other powers, has the right to propose that an athlete, coach, or referee undergo a polygraph test. Additionally, with the consent of an athlete, coach, or referee, the Organizer can check call logs (messages) and social media chats for any suspicious conversations or messages. Refusal to undergo the polygraph test or provide access to call logs (messages) and social media chats may result in an athlete, coach, or referee being disqualified from participating in the Competition, as determined by the Disciplinary Committee.
3.11. By accepting the Organizer's invitation to participate in the Competition, participants confirm and guarantee that they have familiarized themselves with and unconditionally agree to the conditions of participation in the Competition as set forth in the Competition Regulations and other documents issued by the Organizer, that they have reached the age of eighteen, and that they are responsible for all negative consequences resulting from the violation of these norms, guarantees, and obligations.
4.1. "EUROSCOUT s.r.o." holds exclusive rights to the coverage of the Competition through broadcasting of images and/or sound by any means and/or using any technology, as well as through recording broadcasts and/or photography of the Competition, and other rights related to the status of the Competition Organizer. "EUROSCOUT s.r.o." also holds exclusive rights to the official and statistical data generated during the Competition.
"All exclusive rights belonging to "EUROSCOUT s.r.o." can only be used by third parties based on a written agreement (contract) for acquiring such rights from "EUROSCOUT s.r.o." "EUROSCOUT s.r.o." is entitled to transfer/assign the rights to broadcast sports competitions held based on these Regulations and use the statistical data of the Competition to third parties without additional coordination with «Regional Table Tennis Association of the Liberec Region, z.s».
4.2. «Regional Table Tennis Association of the Liberec Region, z.s» and "EUROSCOUT s.r.o." jointly possess exclusive rights to place advertisements for goods, works, and services at the venues of the Competition. The procedure for distributing advertising spaces and other conditions for advertising placement are additionally agreed upon by «Regional Table Tennis Association of the Liberec Region, z.s» and "EUROSCOUT s.r.o." through the signing of a contract.
4.3. "EUROSCOUT s.r.o." determines the conditions for conducting the Competition, approves the results, and possesses the following rights:
4.4. The Competition Organizers are not liable for any damages related to the participation of athletes in the Competition or any damages caused by participants to third parties.
5.1. The Competition Organizer may provide prizes to the participants of the Competition. The decision is made by "EUROSCOUT s.r.o." and communicated to the participants of the Competition. The size of the prize fund, prize places, and other awarding conditions are determined by "EUROSCOUT s.r.o." When awarding prizes to athletes, the Organizer deducts taxes and fees, the responsibility for which is imposed on the Organizer by the current legislation of the Czech Republic. Payments are made only when the Organizer has all the documents provided by athletes for participation in the Competition.
